The New Jersey Devils six-game pre-season schedule, all vs. Atlantic Division opposition, will include three home games at Prudential Center: Fri., Sept. 23 vs. NY Rangers; Fri., Sept. 30 vs. NY Islanders; and Sat., Oct. 1 vs. Philadelphia. All three home games will get underway at 7:00 PM.
The road portion of the team’s pre-season slate is set as follows: Wed., Sept. 21 at NY Rangers (Albany, NY); Sat., Sept. 24 at NY Islanders; and Thu., Sept. 29 at Philadelphia. The NHL pre-season game at the TU Center is the first since the early 2000s, when the Devils last hosted an exhibition game in Albany while still affiliated with the River Rats. The game is scheduled as a Rangers home game because their regular season arena, Madison Square Garden in New York, is undergoing off-season renovations.
Tickets for the game in Albany are available for purchase at the Times Union Center box office or online.
